烟台新华盛工业有限公司成立于2002年3月，是從事钴、鎳、銅、锂等新能源材料産品開(kāi)發、生(shēng)産及資(zī)源綜合利用的企業。公司注冊資(zī)本1.85億元，總資(zī)産5.91億元，占地104畝。凱實新能源集團現有員(yuán)工(gōng)490餘人，其中(zhōng)各類專業技術人員(yuán)71人，約占員(yuán)工(gōng)總數的14.48%。公司成立後産品結構以粗制碳酸钴、精制碳酸钴、硫酸钴、氯化钴、電(diàn)積銅、硫酸鎳、磷酸锂爲主。在2005年公司決定對原産品的生(shēng)産線進行較大(dà)規模的技術改造和創新，開(kāi)發研制具備世界水平的電(diàn)積钴、電(diàn)積鎳等産品。凱實工(gōng)業公司自主研發的“非鹽酸電(diàn)解質生(shēng)産電(diàn)積钴”工(gōng)藝已獲得發明證書(shū)，CASH牌電(diàn)钴是國内同行業擁有自主知(zhī)識産權的産品，通過20年的積澱，已成爲新能源行業内知(zhī)名企業：

1、我(wǒ)國糧食和物(wù)資(zī)儲備局金屬钴生(shēng)産基地；

2、英國倫敦金屬交易所（LME）注冊企業；

3、LME認定，中(zhōng)國第二、全球第四大(dà)金屬钴生(shēng)産商(shāng)；

4、LME可交割的中(zhōng)國金屬钴、金屬鎳生(shēng)産商(shāng)，僅有金駝及凱實品牌；

5、通過歐盟ROHS體(tǐ)系認證；

6、旗下(xià)控股子公司煙台凱實新能源科技有限公司鎳钴锂新能源材料項目已于2023年列爲山東省重大(dà)項目；
